1. Agreement
By accessing our website, creating an account, starting a trial, or paying for a subscription, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you use Rehem ERP on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
2. The service
Rehem ERP provides cloud software for store and business operations, which may include point of sale, inventory, purchase, customer and supplier management, accounting tools, HRM features, reports, and related modules depending on your package. Features may evolve over time as we improve the product.
3. Accounts and responsibilities
- You must provide accurate registration and business information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activity under your account and staff users.
- You must assign appropriate roles and permissions to staff and revoke access when someone leaves.
- You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of data you enter (products, invoices, customers, accounting entries, etc.).
4. Packages, trials, and billing
Access to modules, store limits, warehouse limits, and other entitlements depends on the package you select. Prices, durations, discounts, and trial eligibility are shown at registration or in your billing area and may change for future renewals.
- Trials — If a package offers a free trial, access lasts for the stated trial period. After the trial ends, continued use may require payment.
- Payments — Paid plans may be settled through supported methods such as bKash. A plan may remain inactive until payment is successfully confirmed.
- Renewals — Renewing or upgrading keeps your store data subject to the then-current package rules and fees.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity
- Attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the system or other customers’ data
- Resell, sublicense, or misuse the software outside your licensed business use without our written permission
- Upload malware or content that infringes others’ rights
- Circumvent package limits, billing, or security controls
6. Customer data
You retain ownership of the business data you submit to Rehem ERP. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for backing up critical records as needed for your own compliance and continuity.
7. Intellectual property
Rehem ERP software, branding, design, documentation, and related materials remain our intellectual property (or our licensors’). These Terms do not transfer ownership of the software to you — only a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service during an active subscription or trial according to your package.
8. Service availability
We aim to keep Rehem ERP reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, outages, third-party network issues, or force majeure events may temporarily affect access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, misuse the service, or create security/legal risk. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the software ends; limited data retention may apply as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the software will meet every business requirement or that calculations, reports, or integrations will be free from defects. You remain responsible for verifying critical financial and inventory decisions.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rehem ERP and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to us for the subscription period in which the claim arose, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Bangladesh shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date will be revised when changes are published. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Contact
For questions about these Terms, contact us through https://rehembd.com/ or the contact options on our website.
